01 / Salesforce CRM

One customer, one connected cycle.

Sales, Service, and Loyalty as one lifecycle — Acquire, Sell, Serve, Retain, Grow — connected to Agentforce and Data 360 instead of run as three separate products.

02 / What it is

Most CRM engagements treat Sales, Service, and Loyalty as separate implementations with separate teams.

Cleon treats them as one lifecycle: the same customer moving through acquisition, sale, service, retention, and growth.

Today that shows up as integration work inside Marketing Cloud and Agentforce projects — the unified page names the lifecycle honestly rather than inventing three sub-practices we haven’t confirmed yet.

03 / Where Cleon goes deep

Sales

Not offered yet

Revenue, leads, opportunities, pipeline, forecasting, and the automation and Agentforce/Data 360 integration around them. Scope not yet confirmed as its own offer.

Service

Not offered yet

Case resolution, omnichannel support, knowledge, and escalation — with the context an agent or a rep needs to close it, not just open it. Scope not yet confirmed as its own offer.

Loyalty

Not offered yet

Loyalty Management, lifecycle programs, and segmentation integrated with Marketing Cloud campaigns. Scope not yet confirmed as its own offer.

04 / How it connects

collaborates with Agentforce

Agents act on Leads, Opportunities, and Cases directly inside Salesforce CRM instead of leaving work for someone else to enter.

collaborates with Data 360

CRM records stay current against Data 360’s unified profile instead of drifting into a second source of truth.

collaborates with Marketing Cloud

Loyalty segmentation and lifecycle campaigns run through Marketing Cloud, not a separate loyalty stack.

05 / When not to use it

  1. 01

Your Sales, Service, or Loyalty scope isn’t confirmed yet — we say so instead of pretending each is a finished offer.

  2. 02

You need one narrow point solution, not a connected customer lifecycle.

  3. 03

There’s no Salesforce CRM instance to integrate with in the first place.

07 / Frequently asked questions

Do you implement Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Loyalty Management as separate engagements?

Not as separate confirmed offers today. We present Salesforce CRM as one connected lifecycle and integrate with all three where a project needs it; dedicated Sales/Service/Loyalty sub-pages open only once that scope is confirmed and has real content behind it.

Is there a public case for Salesforce CRM?

The UTN case includes CRM integration — Lead and Opportunity sync from the chatbot — but that’s CRM as integration, not a Sales/Service/Loyalty implementation on its own. We don’t stretch it further than that.

How does this connect to Agentforce and Data 360?

Agentforce acts on CRM records; Data 360 keeps them current against the unified customer profile. Salesforce CRM is where both of those show up as a Lead, an Opportunity, or a Case a human can see.

Why one page instead of three?

Because splitting Sales, Service, and Loyalty into their own pages before confirming we can sell and deliver each one would be exactly the thin-page-for-SEO move this site’s content rules forbid.
