01 / Data 360

A single source of customer truth — built to be used.

Customer Data Platform strategy, implementation, and activation. Most CDPs end up as expensive silos. Ours end up as the nervous system of the marketing and agent stack.

02 / What it is

A Customer Data Platform unifies data from every source — CRM, web, app, email, transactional — into one persistent profile.

Cleon builds the ingestion, identity, and governance layer that makes that profile trustworthy, then activates it — the value is in activation, not storage.

Downstream, that same profile is what lets Marketing Cloud personalize, Salesforce CRM stay current, and an agent ground its decisions instead of guessing.

04 / How it connects

feeds Agentforce

Data 360 feeds Agentforce the unified, agent-ready profile it grounds every decision in.

feeds Marketing Cloud

Segments and activations built on Data 360 flow directly into Marketing Cloud journeys.

feeds Salesforce CRM

The same unified profile keeps Sales, Service, and Loyalty records current instead of stale.

05 / When not to use it

  1. 01

Your data sources are already well-integrated — you don’t have a unification problem to solve.

  2. 02

Data volume or complexity is small enough that a well-kept spreadsheet still wins.

  3. 03

You can’t commit to data governance — a CDP without governance is chaos at scale, not intelligence.

07 / Frequently asked questions

What is Data 360?

Salesforce’s Customer Data Platform (formerly Data Cloud): it unifies customer data from every source into a single, persistent, activation-ready profile that other systems — marketing, sales, service, and agents — use in real time.

Is there a public case for Data 360?

Not yet. That limits the results we can claim, but it doesn’t mean the capability isn’t real — the credential and the documented technical depth stand on their own until a public case exists.

Do we need a CDP if our data is already in Salesforce CRM?

Sometimes no. If your data already lives in one well-integrated system, a CDP adds unification cost you don’t need. Data 360 earns its place when data is scattered across systems that don’t talk to each other.

What’s the first thing you look at?

Identity — whether "the same customer" resolves to one record or five. Everything downstream (segmentation, activation, agent grounding) inherits that answer.
