01 / Agentforce

AI that ships, not AI that demos.

AI strategy, agent design, and automation workflows built on Agentforce and, where the work lives outside Salesforce, on external models orchestrated the same way. We don’t chase model benchmarks — we ship agents that survive Monday morning operations.

02 / What it is

An agent is software that reasons over context and takes an action — not a chatbot that answers and stops.

Cleon designs the grounding, the actions, and the guardrails: what the agent can see, what it can touch, and who signs off when it can’t decide alone.

The result is fewer tickets sitting in a queue and fewer decisions waiting on a human who is asleep.

03 / Where Cleon goes deep

Agents & orchestration

Reasoning, multi-agent coordination, and actions the agent can take inside Salesforce and in external systems.

Grounding on Data 360

An agent is only as good as what it can see. We ground every decision in a unified, agent-ready profile instead of letting the model guess.

Governance, testing & observability

Scoped

Agents that act need a paper trail. We test agent behavior before launch and monitor it after — what it decided, why, and what it touched.

Composition with external models

Not every workload lives in Salesforce. When it doesn’t, we orchestrate external models (LangGraph, Claude, MCP) with the same rigor — composition, not versus.

Slack: humans + agents

Scoped

Where a human needs to see or override what an agent is doing, Slack is the shared surface — conceptual today, not yet a delivered engagement.

04 / How it connects

grounds in Data 360

Without a unified, agent-ready profile from Data 360, an agent is guessing with extra steps.

executes in Marketing Cloud

Once an agent decides, it acts inside Marketing Cloud journeys — holds a send, updates a segment, triggers a follow-up.

executes in Salesforce CRM

Agents update Leads, Opportunities, and Cases directly in Salesforce CRM instead of leaving a note for someone else to enter.

collaborates with slack

Where a human needs to step in, the agent hands off through Slack instead of failing silently.

05 / When not to use it

  1. 01

You don’t have unified data for the agent to ground its decisions on — an ungrounded agent is a confident guesser.

  2. 02

There’s no measurable action for it to take, only questions for it to answer — that’s a chatbot, not an agent.

  3. 03

Nobody inside your org owns the process the agent would touch — an agent without a process owner has no one to escalate to.

07 / Frequently asked questions

Is this Agentforce, or an LLM you’re calling an agent?

When the work lives in Salesforce, it’s Agentforce. When it doesn’t — a chatbot orchestrating a conversation outside the CRM, for instance — we compose external models (LangGraph, Claude, MCP) instead of forcing Salesforce where it doesn’t fit. We say which one we built, every time.

Does the UTN case prove you’ve shipped Agentforce?

No, and we won’t claim it does. UTN’s chatbot orchestrates an external LLM via API and MCP, not Agentforce. It proves we can ship a production agent that acts, not that we’ve shipped this specific product.

What do you need from us before an agent project starts?

Unified data it can ground on, a specific action it will take (not just a question it will answer), and someone on your side who owns the process end to end. Missing any of the three turns the project into a demo.

How do you stop an agent from doing something wrong?

Testing before launch, observability after it, and an explicit hand-off rule for when the agent should stop and ask a human instead of deciding alone.
